Financial Hardship
Insurance Service Holdings Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries understand that customers can sometimes experience financial difficulty due to circumstances beyond their control — including illness, job loss, natural disaster, relationship breakdown, or other unexpected events.

What is financial hardship?
Financial hardship occurs when a customer is genuinely unable to meet their financial obligations due to circumstances they could not reasonably have anticipated. This includes difficulty paying premiums, excess amounts, or outstanding balances.
