We collect personal information to arrange and manage insurance products, process claims, manage our AR network, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about our services.

We may disclose your personal information to insurers and underwriters, reinsurers, claims managers and assessors, legal advisers, regulators and government authorities, and other service providers who assist us in operating our business. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Overseas disclosure
In some circumstances we may disclose personal information to overseas recipients, including Lloyd's of London and other international insurers. Where we do so, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles the information in a manner consistent with the APPs.
6. Access and correction

7. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us in writing. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
