Translation & Interpreting Services
Insurance Service Holdings Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries are committed to ensuring that all customers can access our services regardless of their preferred language. We recognise that language barriers can make it difficult to understand insurance products and make informed decisions.
Our commitment
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with customers in a language they understand. Where possible, we will provide access to translation and interpreting services to help customers engage with us effectively.
Available services
If English is not your preferred language, we can assist you in the following ways:
- Arrange for a telephone or video interpreting service during conversations with us
- Provide written communications in simplified English where possible
- Allow additional time for you to seek independent translation of documents
- Accept requests submitted through a trusted family member or support person
Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National)
TIS National provides interpreting services for people who do not speak English and for the agencies and businesses that need to communicate with them. TIS National is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Documents and policy wording
Key insurance documents, including Product Disclosure Statements, are produced by the relevant insurer. If you require translation of these documents, please contact us and we will work with you and the insurer to facilitate access to translated materials where they are available.
